Palio Capital plans direct lending to UK SMEs

Palio Capital Partners plans to provide small and medium sized companies in the UK with direct loans.

At first, the investment manager wants to offer only senior debt and mezzanine loans to UK SMEs with enterprise values between £10m and £100m and with experienced management, capable of attracting private equity backing.
