Record rise in FIG investor sentiment, says Fitch

Investors are more optimistic about the financial sector, thanks to central bank funding filtering into the FIG market and rallying spreads, Fitch’s latest investor survey shows.

However, investors remain concerned about banks’ credit quality and their access to funding markets, together with the macroeconomic background and the withdrawal of stimulus measures.
