Kellogg’s pops back across the pond to ECP market to help fund Pringles acquisition

Kellogg Co has relaunched its euro commercial paper programme as the cereal and convenience food giant seeks extra European funding for its acquisition of fellow food brand Pringles.

The company’s $750m euro CP programme, originally launched in February 2007, has been assigned a P2 rating by Moody’s.

Investors would be hungry to snap up paper from the issuer, CP dealers said. "It’s going to go really well," said one dealer.
