Monier postpones €250m bond
Monier, the restructured roofing products maker, has postponed its planned €250m bond issue, the company said in a statement on Wednesday, due to “the current challenging market environment”.
Bookrunners BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and UniCredit last Thursday released price guidance in the 10.25%-10.5% area for the seven year non-call three year bond. They planned to price it on Friday.
