Troika Dialog hires FICC vet Holowka

Troika Dialog, the investment bank that merged with Sberbank in January, has hired Peter Holowka as managing director and head of E-foreign exchange within its fixed income, currencies and commodities (FICC) division. He reports to Maxim Safonov, head of FICC.
