HellermannTyton plans €215m debut high yield bond

HellermannTyton hopes to issue a debut high yield bond. The UK manufacturer of cable products owned by Doughty Hanson wants to raise €215m of five year senior secured floating rate notes.

The notes will be callable after one year at 102, thereafter at 101 and then at par.

Goldman Sachs is sole global coordinator.

A roadshow will start in London on Friday, with more investor meetings scheduled on the European continent for next week.
