Polish retail property firm launches $88m IPO

Czerwona Torebka, a Polish retail property developer, launched a Z281m ($88m) IPO on Thursday, which will finance expansion of the fast-growing firm.

The company will sell 16.3m new shares, around 25% of the expanded share capital, at a maximum price of Z71 each. Of those shares, 1.6m will be offered to retail investors, at the price set through the institutional bookbuild on December 6/7.
