Schmolz hunts for investors in capital restructuring

Schmolz + Bickenbach, the Swiss-German steelmaker, is looking for new equity investors in its business as part of a capital restructuring.

The Switzerland-listed company has invited investors to submit offers to inject equity, and said that it was in discussion with "various national and international investors, with whom confidentiality and standstill agreements have been signed".
