AviaAM sets price on $70m float

AviaAM Leasing, a Lithuanian aircraft holding company, will raise up to Z224m ($70m) from an IPO for which bookbuilding begins on Friday.

The company will sell up to 13.9m new shares. Its majority shareholder, Gediminas Žiemelis, will sell up to 323,926 shares.

That will put the free float at around 32.75%.

The shares will be sold for a maximum of Z16 each, valuing the company at up to Z684m ($210m) — above ...
