Investors seek 50 year EM bonds, but from the right issuers

Fifty year bonds caught the attention of issuers and investors alike across CEEMEA, especially the Middle East, this year. That will continue in 2021, but investors are not ready to flash their cash indiscriminately.
Emerging market issuers in CEEMEA this year have ventured into uncharted areas of capital markets: green, hybrid and longer-dated bonds among others. Low interest rates on more conventional bonds have ignited investors' appetite and opened up opportunities for innovation.
