Wind turbine developer prices €200m capital raise

Nordex, the German wind-turbine developer, has raised €200m from the sale of 10.7m new shares to fund growth.

The shares were placed with institutional investors at €18.60 a share on Tuesday night, a discount of 6.5% to the company’s closing price in Frankfurt on Tuesday.

Acciona SA, Nordex’s anchor shareholder, supported the capital increase and placed what the company said was a “significant order” in the deal.
