Créd Ag shares in capital markets uplift

Crédit Agricole benefitted from brisk capital markets activity in the third quarter, its results on Tuesday showed, while it has also set up a private investment banking division for wealthy individuals and families.

European investment banks have enjoyed a strong third quarter in capital markets activities. According to DBRS Morningstar, for the first time this year they have registered stronger growth rates than their US capital markets peers, even if this is from a lower base.
