Lithuania’s Ignitis to tempt ESG and EM fans with IPO

Ignitis Grupe, the state-owned Lithuanian energy and utility company, has filed IPO paperwork in preparation for a listing in Vilinus and London.

The global coordinators are JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Swedbank in cooperation with Kepler Chevreaux and UBS. Bank of America is a joint bookrunner.

Ignitis plans to list shares on the main trading list of the Nasdaq Vilinus. It will also list Global Depository ...
