HICL Infrastructure Fund wins strong support from investors

HICL Infrastructure, the UK-based infrastructure equity investor, completed a £120m ($153m) capital raise on Tuesday to repay £75m of debt and to fund an acquisition in Ireland.

Investec and RBC Capital Markets were bookrunners on the transaction.

Shares were sold to investors at a fixed price of £1.64 a share, a 5.75% discount to the closing share price of £1.74 on July 15 and a 7.68% premium to the company’s net asset value.
