Zinus preps $229m Korea IPO

Mattress maker Zinus is planning to launch its up to W271.9bn ($228.8m) IPO in South Korea in October, according to a source close to the deal.

The listing-hopeful is looking to float 3.02m shares, of which 2.2m are primary and 823,860 existing shares. It will offer the stock at W80,000 to W90,000 each, which means it could raise anywhere from W241.7bn to W271.9bn.

The deal is split 80%-20% between institutional and retail investors.
