Befesa trades up after Triton recycles stake

Investment firm Triton Partners has sold the remainder of its shares in in Befesa, the German metal recycling firm, in a popular €216m block trade.

Citi and JP Morgan were bookrunners on the trade, which represented an 18.6% stake in Befesa.

The 6.35m shares were sold at €34 a share, a 2.85% discount to the last trade before the announcement which was at €35.
