Telkom hunts for €1bn acquisition financing

Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) has asked banks to submit bids for a €1bn financing to support its M&A activities, said a banker whose firm is in the race for the mandate.

The company is flexible on the tenor for the borrowing, with banks allowed to choose between one year and three year maturities, the banker said.
