WM Housing keeps UK property bonds flowing

WM Housing followed the successful path of its fellow UK housing association, Notting Hill Housing Trust, when it announced a copycat benchmark sterling 31 year bond on Friday.

Notting Hill Housing Trust had opted for that specific tenor nine days earlier, after some investors on its roadshow said they had gaps in that area of their maturity profiles. WM Housing had met a similar group of UK investors.
