Apetra roadshows ahead of market return

Apetra, the agency responsible for the management of Belgium’s strategic oil reserves, has mandated banks to arrange investor meetings later this week ahead of its second ever bond sale. The issuer hopes to target the long end of the curve, likely with either 10 or 12 year debt.
