Dufry completes equity chunk of Nuance financing as debt draws to a close

Swiss travel retailer Dufry wrapped up a Sfr810m ($900m) capital raise on Tuesday morning — completing the equity portion of the financing for an acquisition that will also be funded by convertible and straight debt.
