Travelport sets range — UniCredit lost in translation — Kulczyk IPO plans: Monday’s European ECM wrap

Travelport began bookbuilding for its $2bn London IPO on Monday, meeting investors in the UK, Europe and the US. The firm will offer new shares at a broad range of £2.10-£2.90.
