Reforms might not be enough to restore trust in bank system

The executive director for financial stability at the Bank of England, Andrew Haldane, said in a speech to the Association of Corporate Treasurers in Leeds on Monday that regulatory reform initiatives might not be enough in restoring trust in the financial system.
