Lamprell completes
Investors gave a strong endorsement of Dubai-based oil and gas engineering services company Lamprell’s planned acquisition of its Norwegian rival Maritime Industrial Services this week with a 98.96% take up for its £139.4m rights issue to part fund the deal.
