Existing investors to support Ophir IPO
Global co-ordinator and joint bookrunner Credit Suisse and joint bookrunners JP Morgan Cazenove and RBC Capital Markets launched the $375m London listing of oil and gas company Ophir Energy on Thursday, confident that the firm’s existing shareholders are willing to pick up further shares in the deal.
