Tynan takes over Roch’s CEEMEA job at RBS

Royal Bank of Scotland has a hired a new head of its CEEMEA syndicate desk, replacing Alan Roch, who left that position last month to become the bank’s head of Asia Pacific syndicate in Singapore.
