CLS to target accounts for retail sterling bond
Property investment company CLS Holdings is eyeing a retail bond issue in sterling. The London-listed company is unrated but had previously issued a Skr300m unsecured 2016 retail bond in April 2011. The bonds pay 375bp over Stibor quarterly and are callable after two years.
