BNPP returns with second tranche of Pargesa
BNP Paribas returned to the equity-linked market on Thursday to effectively offload the remainder of its stake in Pargesa, the Swiss-listed holding company that owns 50% of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert. The opportunistic move to sell a €250m 3.5 year exchangeable followed a similar, €325m offer in September 2012.
