Barclays finishes DCM reshuffle with new roles for Appen, Cumbes and Matthews

Barclays has completed the reorganisation of its EMEA debt capital markets team begun in February when Richard Boath and Ben Davey were named joint heads of the FIG business and Charlie Berman chairman of DCM EMEA.
