Verizon bond fees five times Apple’s, but more evenly shared
Verizon Communications paid $262.25m of fees for its $49bn bond issue yesterday, in one of the biggest paydays for bank underwriters in the debt capital markets. The fee is equivalent to 54bp of the amount raised.
