VEB grabs tight price for dual trancher
Russian state owned development bank Vnesheconombank (VEB) priced a $2bn dual tranche five and 10 year bond on Monday with slim new issue premiums that demonstrated demand for high quality names in the emerging markets, but which also reflected a widening in the secondary market.
