S&P cuts ING Groep over earnings pressure

Standard & Poor's yesterday cut the ratings of ING Groep NV and ING Verzekeringen NV from AA- to A+ , negative outlook. ING Bank's rating was also downgraded, from AA to AA-, negative outlook.
