COE and NRW.Bank to make rare appearances in euros
Council of Europe Development Bank and NRW.Bank announced mandates for euro benchmarks on Monday. At least three other borrowers are looking to come in euros this week, but issuance will probably be limited to core European supranationals and agencies as investors keep an eye on the prospect of the US government failing to agree an increase to its debt ceiling by Thursday’s deadline.
