FMS Wertmanagement launched a reopening of its debut Canadian dollar bond on Wednesday morning, looking to capitalise on leftover demand for the paper. The original line, sold on Friday, saw good demand from investors in light of a dearth of floating rate issuance from high-grade borrowers.
