TfL fleshes out short end of its curve

TfL came to the bond market with its third issuance of the year on Wednesday morning, looking at the shorter end of the curve. The deal is part of the issuer’s efforts to develop a more liquid curve and indicates that it is looking to become a more regular issuer, SSA Markets understands.
