JFM strips off government guarantee for dollar dip

Japan Finance Organisation for Municipalities (JFM) proved it did not need sovereign backing to access international dollar funding on Wednesday. The borrower took a step away from its Japanese Government Guaranteed Institution (JGGI) peers to print a $1bn five year Eurodollar bond without a sovereign guarantee.
