The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) sold a tap of its outstanding November 2015s denominated in Indonesian rupiah, as investors start to prefer the Indonesian currency to what had been its similarly-valued cousin, the Indian rupee after S&P put India on negative watch.
