EFSF auction result shows investors shying away
Costs for the European Financial Stability Fund’s (EFSF) short term funding rose during its latest six month bill auction on Tuesday. In a sign of the supply of long term refinancing operation money taken by banks petering-out and growing investor wariness of the issuer, demand for EFSF paper also fell.
