NWB tests 10 year waters

Nederlandse Waterschapsbank (NWB) has mandated banks for its longest benchmark of the year so far — a 10 year euro. This will be the first 10 year benchmark from a supranational or agency borrower — KfW aside — since Eksportfinans was junked last year, and will trial investor demand for the sector in that part of the curve.
