KfW’s fair value FRN fails to ignite investors
KfW launched a three year floater on Wednesday morning, the only Eurozone borrower — aside from the EIB — to launch a large syndicated bond this week. However, bankers away from the deal said the pricing was too tight and the transaction short of full subscription at the time of pricing.
