EFSF slashes yields with three month auction
The European Financial Stability Facility’s (EFSF) funding costs at the short end have screamed in since the issuer launched its programme late last year. On Tuesday the borrower held an auction of three month bills, and raised nearly double the size at less than a quarter of the yield of it first three month auction, which took place in December.
