EFSF wills Bills ahead of PSI outcome
The European Financial Stability Facility is set to print up to €3.5bn of three month bills on Tuesday in what will be its fourth foray into the short term debt markets. The auction will be an important test of appetite for the issuer as the Greek PSI process hangs in the balance.
