Orders scream in for CDC five year
Demand was so strong for a Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) five year on Thursday morning that the leads were able to close the books after 10 minutes. The deal was still twice oversubscribed and that allowed the borrower to print through compatriot issuer, Caisse d'Amortissement de la Dette Sociale (Cades).
