The European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) could be the next major SSA issuer in the euro sector with a deal as early as next week, say bankers, who have been asked to complete the borrower’s standard pre-deal questionnaire by Wednesday. They are pitching ideas to the borrower for either a five or 15 year deal but the consensus is the EFSF should stay short while so much remains unresolved about its final purpose and structure.
