Bank of England uses biggest book for tightest print

The Bank of England’s annual three year dollar trade stormed out of the gates on Monday morning, gaining orders of $4bn after just an hour of bookbuilding. The price underlined the large increase in demand for Bank of England paper since the sovereign crisis flared up again last year. The issuer printed Monday’s trade 8bp tighter than last year’s exercise.
