EIB squeezes through narrow window to grab dollar opportunity
The European Investment Bank is cashing in on a dramatic tightening in its dollar spreads to issue a new three year global bond on Wednesday. It is the first three year supranational dollar trade of the year and, with holidays abound this week, looks set to be the only chance for an SSA credit to come to the dollar market.
