CDC and SEK ride sterling wave

Caisse des Depots et Consignations (CDC) is in the sterling market on Monday with a three year FRN, following in the wake of a spectacularly successful £1bn three year floater issued last week by fellow French name, Cades. Swedish Export Credit (SEK), meanwhile, is joining the Scandi migration into sterling started by Kommunalbanken and MuniFin, issuing a December 2014 fixed rate bond led by Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS.
