Investors embrace “boring” EBRD five year
The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) produced another stonker for the dollar market on Thursday, printing a $1.5bn five year global at similar levels to its two five year deals from last year, the last of which came just before the latest phase of the sovereign crisis shut down the SSA market in late 2011.
