Rates ploy drives KfW floating sale
An expectation of higher interest rates has driven investors to buy floating rate private placements from German credits. KfW sold a €300m eight year floating rate note through LBBW on Tuesday. The note pays a coupon of six month Euribor plus 2.5bp but further pricing information was not disclosed.
