EIB lines up five year dollar test
The European Investment Bank has mandated Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley for a five year global dollar deal, having had its triple-A rating affirmed by Standard & Poor’s. The transaction will be the first true test of international appetite for a non-German European SSA credit.
