Wind blows away Russia factor in hot HY market

Wind Telecomunicazioni, one of Italy’s three main telecoms operators, entered this year burdened by high interest rates on debt incurred years ago. But the company was ready to shake up its capital structure, and make full use of a particularly welcoming new issue market to complete some memorable transactions. Olivier Holmey reports.
